A partially blocking collision near Thor and Freya on I-90 caused a significant backup of eastbound traffic. WSP said one of the vehicles involved was a motorcycle.

Traffic on 3rd Avenue, which parallels I-90, is also significantly slowed. Commuters may wish to avoid the area and consider alternate routes at this time.

The extent of the damage and injuries is not known.

A vehicle fire on the eastbound off-ramp near Geiger Field also caused some congestion, although traffic appears to be moving through the area unimpeded again.

It is an evolving situation. Check back for updates!
