Car shows
Cars & Coffee at the Competition presented by Heacock Classic and Revs Institute: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the 10th and 18th fairways of the Golf Club of Amelia Island at 4700 Amelia Island Parkway. The event is free to spectators, although registration is closed for the hundreds of vintage, exotic and collector’s vehicles assembled on the same performance site as Sunday’s prestigious Concours d’Elegance.
26th Annual Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance: Saturday and Sunday in and around the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island. This year’s winner is runner and entrepreneur Lyn St. James, with the classic car event Sunday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm Tickets for the 240-car show on Sunday are $ 150 for adults. and $ 60 for youth and military, over $ 3.75 million donated to Community Hospice & Palliative Care, Jacksonville’s Spina Bifida and other charities since 1996. “One Love – See Us on 2s” Auto and Bike Show: 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 22 at Dee’s Music Bar at 2141 Loch Rane Blvd. at Orange Park. The event raises funds for motorcycle accident victims or their families. Spectators are free, with a registration fee of $ 10 for motorcycles displayed in the show and $ 20 for cars.
Cool cars under the stars: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sat May 22, at 14450 NE 148th Ave. to Waldo. Free for spectators and $ 20 per show vehicle, produced to benefit the restoration of historic buildings.
First cinematic cruise at the wheel of the Coast Car Council: 7 p.m. on Saturday for show cars; 8 p.m. for the general public at the J-Tech parking lot at 8813 Western Way. Admission to see “American Graffiti” is $ 10 per show car and $ 15 per general public vehicle.
Second Annual Hot Rods 4 Kids: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sat. May 29 at First United Methodist Church, 449644 US 301 in Callahan. Free for spectators and $ 20 per show vehicle, the profits go to the pastoral care of the young people of the church.
Cars For Cancer Cure Auto Show: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 5 at BJ’s at 15022 Max Leggett Parkway.
Charity campaign to help the heroes: Saturday June 5th, with a 45 mile course around northeast Florida, ending at Cowford Chophouse. Repeated local endurance racing champion Hurley Haywood joins the event, which benefits injured and fallen officers through the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Foundation and military veterans via K9 for warriors. Rockabilly Auto and Bike Show: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday June 6 at Adamec Harley-Davidson at 1520 Wells Road in Orange Park, organized by Callahan Cruisers. Free for spectators and $ 20 per show vehicle, with live music from The Beau Burners.
X-Story Cruise: PT Cruiser Auto Show: June 11-13, Days Inn at 1300 Ponce de Leon Blvd. in Saint-Augustin. Free for spectators and $ 45 on show day for PT Cruiser demo cars. Information: firstcoastptcruisers.org.
Hillcrest Baptist Church Auto Show: Saturday, June 19, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., 7673, chemin Collins. Proceeds go to the Healing Hearts Project, which supports Wolfson Children’s Hospital and UF pediatric and cardiology patients.
Hilliard Flashes Youth Football Car-B-Que: 9 am to 2 pm Sat June 26 at Traders Hill Recreational Campground, 1388 Tracy Ferry Road in Folkston, GA.
The FIRM (Florida International Rally and Moto Park): Open Track Days are held most weekends on the Road Course and Rally Course at 7266 Airport Road in Starke.

Cruises
First Coast Car Council, Clay County Cruzers, Callahan Cruisers, and Amelia Cruizers all run regular weekend cruises, so check out their Facebook pages.
Historic Main Street Cruise: 4 p.m. on the fourth Saturday of each month as cars cruise along Main Street between 8th and 17th Streets
Monthly cruises at the Saint-Augustin Classic Car Museum: St. Augustine Cruiser “Cruise In” from 5 to 7 p.m. every third Saturday and cars and coffee from 8 to 10 a.m. every fourth Saturday, both at 4730 US 1 S./Dixie Highway South in St Augustine .
Clay county cruzers: 3 p.m. every second Saturday at Dick’s Wings, 1803 East-West Parkway on Fleming Island, and 5 p.m. every third Friday at Freddy’s Steakburgers at 386 Blanding Blvd. Both are at Orange Park.
Johnny angels: 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. every third Friday at the Johnny Angels Restaurant at 3546 St. Johns Bluff Road S.
White Brothers Auto Parts Cruise: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, June 11 and every second Friday of the month at 405 Lane N.
New cruise: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. every fifth Saturday at The Open Grill Cafe, 9865 Beach Blvd.
