In addition to deactivating the rear cylinders at idle with the bike stationary, a feature already present on the Multistrada V4, the Rallye’s V4 Granturismo now keeps the two rear cylinders deactivated in other operating conditions to improve fuel consumption. fuel and emissions.

On the power side, the power of the Multistrada V4 Rally remains the same at 170 hp at 10,750 rpm and 121 Nm at 8,750 rpm. For riding aids, the Multistrada V4’s four riding modes now include an updated Enduro mode that reduces power to 114 hp without sacrificing throttle response, allowing for a new dedicated power map when riding. is activated.

Rider and passenger comfort is enhanced with the inclusion of a semi-active suspension with increased travel to 200mm giving higher ground clearance and a center stand is standard equipment to aid maintenance and handling luggage while a taller windshield increases wind protection. Passenger footpegs with larger rubber inserts reduce the level of vibration and the extra length of the tail with the upper housing mounting point pushed further back increases legroom.

The suspension feature also includes minimal preload which drops the Multistrada V4 Rally when stopping and driving at low speeds, by minimizing shock preload. Currently only available on the Multistrada V4 Rally is the Easy Lift feature which reduces the effort needed to lift the motorcycle off the side stand by compressing the suspension when starting.

The Multistrada V4 Rally and the other Multistrada V4s in Ducati’s adventure-touring range remain a showcase of motorcycle technology for the Borgo Panigale firm. Standard equipment is Adaptive Cruise Control and Blind Spot Detection, as well as ABS cornering, cornering lights, wheelie and traction control.
