I’m having problems logging in with my Team WTF1 account, what should I do?
If you have just created an account for the WTF1 team, payment can sometimes take up to 48 hours. If you’re still having trouble, email us at [email protected] and we will help you.
What payment methods do you accept for Team WTF1 subscriptions?
Currently, we allow payment by credit or debit card and Apple Pay. We’re working hard behind the scenes to add more payment options, so be sure to check back soon for developments.
If your preferred payment method isn’t supported at this time, we’re very sorry, but please remember that we’re not removing any content from our regular schedule, so none of our existing content is affected.
Do I need to be based in the UK to register for the WTF1 team?
You can definitely sign up for the WTF1 team as an international fan. But, our events are mainly based in the UK at the moment due to travel restrictions.
As an international member of the WTF1 team, there will always be plenty of virtual things you can be a part of, such as exclusive access to podcasts, virtual game sessions, and other perks like discounts on our products! We will try to vary the times of these virtual events as much as possible so that people based in different time zones can all get involved.
