Biker dies in crash in Nechells, Birmingham

West Midlands Police are investigating a fatal collision in Birmingham yesterday morning (October 9).

A motorcyclist was found with serious injuries on Heartlands Parkway, Nechells, just before 6:10 a.m.

The 30-year-old was pronounced dead instantly.

Officers are now trying to figure out what happened and are calling on anyone who was in the area at the time to get in touch.

Part of the road was closed yesterday.

In a statement, West Midlands Police added: “Our hearts go out to the family and friends of the man who tragically lost his life and we will offer our support to them at this deeply traumatic time.
