A biker has been arrested after allegedly setting a teenager on fire in a road rage attack in Melbourne’s far north. Police learned that a car and motorbike crashed on Narina Way in Epping around 8 p.m. Thursday. It is then alleged that the biker followed the 19-year-old Lalor man to a nearby property and threw flammable liquid at him and his car before lighting a rag and throwing it at the victim. The Lalor’s clothes and car caught fire and the rider fled after a resident exited the property. He suffered severe burns and was taken to hospital, where he is still being treated. The runner, a 35-year-old man, was arrested during a search of his Epping home on Friday morning. He was taken into custody for questioning by the police. No charges were laid.
